Our Guarantee

We want you to be happy with the ebook. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at hello@wallstare.co from the address you used at checkout.
  2. Include your order number or the receipt you received from Lemon Squeezy.
  3. A brief note on why isn’t required, but it helps us improve.

How Refunds Are Processed

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Digital Product Note

Because Facing the Wall is a digital download, you keep any file you have already downloaded; however, once a refund is issued, your license to use the Product ends and you must stop using and delete your copy.

Abuse

We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of clear abuse—for example, repeated purchase-and-refund of the same Product.
